Article 1 [Purpose)

Chapter 2 Coin Meerkat Account Use Agreement

   2. If you attempt to create a Coin Meerkat account using personal information such as another person’s name or email address.



   3. If you do not enter the required information or enter false information when creating a Coin Meerkat account.



   4. When there is no realistic room in the capacity of the service facilities provided.



   5. If it is determined that there is a problem with the technical aspect of providing the service.



   6. In other cases where the company deems it financially and technically necessary



   7. When a member who has received a measure to suspend membership from the company arbitrarily terminates the service agreement during the period of such action and applies for reuse.



   8. If it violates other relevant laws or the standards set by the company, such as detailed guidelines.



② If it is determined that you have created a Coin Meerkat account in violation of the above conditions, the company may immediately suspend your use of your Coin Meerkat account or impose appropriate restrictions, such as deleting your Coin Meerkat account.



Chapter 3 Coin Meerkat Account Use Agreement

Article 7 (Change and termination of Coin Meerkat account service)

① The services provided by the company through the CoinMeerkat application are as follows.



   1. Key indicators related to cryptocurrency trading



   2. Price, fluctuation range, and transaction amount of virtual currency registered on the virtual currency exchange



   3. Major news related to the virtual currency market



   4. Reference materials related to auxiliary indicators derived from charts



   5. Educational materials using other companies’ video playback services



   6. Ability to receive notifications when conditions are met using a combination of auxiliary indicators



② The Company’s creative works as set forth in the preceding paragraph are subject to strict copyright protection.



③ If you make an investment by referring to the functions provided by the company, the company is not responsible for any losses you incur.



④ Due to the high-risk nature of the virtual currency market, please aim for safe investment.



Article 8 (Change and termination of Coin Meerkat account service)

① The company does its best to provide Coin Meerkat service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, in the cases listed below, all or part of the Coin Meerkat service may be restricted or suspended.



   1. In case of regular or temporary inspection for maintenance and repair of Coin Meerkat service facilities, etc.



   2. When normal use of Coin Meerkat is disrupted due to power outage, failure of various facilities, or excessive usage, etc.

Article 9 (Coin Meerkat Account Management)

① Your Coin Meerkat account can only be used by you, and you cannot allow others to use your Coin Meerkat account. Additionally, you must manage your password yourself to prevent others from using your Coin Meerkat account without permission. The company may require you to enter a password and go through additional identity verification procedures to prevent others from using your Coin Meerkat account without permission. Chapter 4 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 10 (Member's Obligations)

① When using the Coin Meerkat service, you must not engage in any of the following acts.

   6. Registering or distributing computer virus-infected materials that cause malfunction of equipment related to the Coin Meerkat service or destruction or confusion of information, etc.



   7. Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Coin Meerkat service or sending advertising information or spam mail against the recipient's express intention to refuse to receive information or information that may interfere with stable operation.



   8. Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, transferring, renting, providing as collateral, or allowing others to use the service or any part of the software included therein without the consent of the company, reverse engineering the software, or attempting to extract the source code. Acts of duplicating, disassembling, imitating, or otherwise modifying the service, such as

   12. The act of arranging prostitution or distributing information that mediates fornication.



   13. Interfering with the other person's daily life by continuously sending words, sounds, texts, images, or images that cause shame, disgust, or fear to the other person.
